The 'Video Call from Santa' application is designed exclusively for entertainment, fun, and simulation purposes.

All video calls, audio calls, and messages within the App are simulated pre-recorded content and digital interactions. The App does not facilitate live video or voice communications with real individuals.

3. Children's Privacy & COPPA / Google Play Families Policy

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy requirements.

We do not knowingly collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).

Any interactive features within the App are designed to function locally on the device without requiring account registration, personal profile creation, or submission of personal data.

4. Device Permissions & Sensitive Data Usage

To provide an immersive simulated call experience, the App may request access to specific device permissions:

• Camera Permission: Used locally and in real-time on your device to display a self-view preview during the simulated video call. Camera data is processed entirely in device RAM, is never recorded, and is never transmitted off your device or stored on any server.
• Microphone / Audio Permission: Used locally to enable real-time interactive sound effects or voice simulation during the call. Audio is processed transiently on-device and is never recorded, stored, or uploaded.
• Storage / Photos Permission (if applicable): Used only if you choose to save a screenshot or photo frame from the simulated call directly to your local device photo library.
• Notifications Permission: Used to schedule local reminders (e.g., 'Santa is calling!') as configured by the user.

5. Information Collection & Third-Party Services

The App does not require user registration or personal account setup. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical locations through the App.

To support app performance and free distribution, the App may integrate privacy-conscious third-party services:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): May serve contextual or non-personalized advertisements compliant with Google Play Families Policy and child-directed treatment standards.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to collect non-identifiable, aggregated technical diagnostics (such as crash logs, app startup times, and device model info) to improve stability.

6. Data Retention, Security & Deletion Rights

Because we do not collect personal user data or host remote user accounts, we do not retain personal user records on external servers.

All app settings, preferences, and local media remain strictly on your local device and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your Android device settings.
